Refund Policy

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

In the event that a student is unable to attend a class due to illness, family commitments, or other activities, we ask that notice is provided in advance where possible. If notice is given:

• The student may be rescheduled into another group class of the same level within the term or during the holiday program.

• Alternatively, a Zoom recording of the class can be provided.

• In exceptional circumstances, and at our discretion, a refund may be offered as a last resort.
