Billing & Missed Lesson Policy
All tutoring services are billed per term. Term fees secure a student’s place and are payable regardless of attendance.
If a lesson is missed due to unforeseen circumstances, the student will be provided with access to the lesson recording, where available, and/or a make-up lesson, subject to scheduling availability.
Refunds or fee credits will only be considered at our discretion.
Please note:
Make-up lessons are commonly offered, but depend on timetable availability.
Missed lessons without valid notice or reason are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Term Fees Policy
Students who join post week 1 of the term are charged the full term fee.
To ensure fairness and continuity across all students, term fees are not reduced for mid-term enrolments.
However, we want every student to receive the full value of the program.
To compensate for lessons missed earlier in the term, additional lessons will be offered in one of the following forms:

Complimentary make-up lessons, or
-
Extra sessions scheduled during the term or school holidays, or
-
Access to recorded lessons and resources, where applicable.
